On April 13th, Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management of Macau University of Science and Technology held the final of the 2022 Creative Design and Marketing Competition in the Guest House of Block L. There were six groups of contestants who had been chosen for the final competition.

During the competition, the teams were requested to decorate the rooms with different themes through the previous design plan and promote their own rooms with new marketing strategies to the judges. Finally, the “Han Tang Style Group” won the first prize. The second prize went to the “Portuguese Theme Group”. The “Eco-blue Group” won the third prize. The “Harry Potter's Magic Wonderful Memories Group” won the best design award, and the “Macao Retro Nostalgia Group” gained the best marketing award.

Through this competition, each team could participate in the production and implementation of the planning case, which was a practical exercise for the future workplace. The students who participated in the competition said that they had gained a lot.
