To provide students a more in-depth understanding of hotel facilities and operation, students of Rooms Management course visited MGM Cotai recently under the leadership of Dr. Chau Shuk Mun. Through this experience and the detailed introduction from the representatives of MGM Cotai, students deepened their understanding of MGM Cotai and further improved their interest on hotel management and the enthusiasm towards hotel industry.

Firstly, Ms. Fanny, Mr. Sunny and Mr. Calvin, representatives of MGM Cotai held a seminar to introduce the company profile of MGM and the different positioning of the two hotels –MGM Macau and MGM Cotai. Then the representatives led the students to visit the Spectacle, Coast, Five Foot Road, Front Desk, Concierge, Tria Spa and Resort suites in batches. By visiting the different operating departments of the hotel, students built a comprehensive perspective of MGM Cotai and were deeply impressed by the advanced concept of integrating technology with art and culture.
