The students of Rooms Management course visited the Wynn Palace recently under the leadership of Dr. Chau Shuk Mun. They learned about the history, culture and exquisite craftsmanship of this luxury resort. The teachers and students were warmly received by representatives of the Human Resources Department of the Wynn Palace.

The representative of the Training and Human Resources Department first introduced Mr. Steve Vance, the founder of Wynn Palace. As a senior hotel management expert, Mr. Vance has created a fun project in the gaming industry, which has greatly improved the entertainment and customer satisfaction of global resorts. Subsequently, the students were informed about the development history of Wynn Palace. Wynn Resort Group is also actively engaged in social responsibility and has participated in many public welfare activities, which have produced extensive social influence in Macao and around the world. Then all students were able to make a visit to VIP room area, which is beautifully decorated and spacious. The housekeeping representative also introduced the unique foot-folding method of the bed and make demonstration on the process of making bed. It was indeed an authentic and valuable perception. Then, the visiting group was divided into two teams to conduct an internal visit. One of the teams entered the employee area, and they were informed about the employee reward mechanism of Wynn Palace Resort, encouraging employees to continue to learn, improve professional skills. The other team entered the environmental protection and social responsibility project area. The students learned about the environmental protection policy of Wynn Palace Resort, striving to reduce energy consumption and waste, and protect the natural environment.
