The delegation of The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management attended the 22nd Asia Pacific Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education (APacCHRIE) Conference and the 15th APacCHRIE Young Scholars' Forum

The delegation was led by Professor Prof. Ben K. Goh, Dean of Faculty of Hospitality and tourism Management (F.H.T.M.) at Macau University of Science and Technology attended the 22nd Asia Pacific Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education (APacCHRIE) Conference and the 15th APacCHRIE Young Scholars' Forum. Associate Professor Wong Weng Chou, Assistant Dean of F.H.T.M., attended the Deans and Directors meeting and the editorial board meeting of the Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research (JHTR). The participation of the F.H.T.M. faculty and student delegation not only injected new vitality into the conference but also further enhanced the international academic reputation and influence of the university.

The conference, held at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea, had the theme "Big Leap Forward: Reshaping, Innovation, and Opportunity". APacCHRIE is one of the most influential tourism, hospitality, and food service management academic summits in the Asia-Pacific region, affiliated with the International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education (I-CHRIE).
