The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management will hold the Third Session of “Chef Series” -- Culinary Demonstration Workshop by Master Chefs Jun Kim, Berk Barlas, Pio Gonzalez on April 26th, 2024. Master Chefs Jun Kim, Berk Barlas, Pio Gonzalez from Sands China will be invited to share successful experiences and showcase culinary skills.

Guest Speaker: Chef Jun Kim, Chef Berk Barlas and Chef Pio Gonzalez

 

Chef Jun Kim joined Sands China in 2022 for the pre-opening of Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill, then promoted as an Executive Sous Chef. He is currently overseeing the Londoner Kitchen team with over 400 chefs in his brigade.

Chef Berk Barlas joined Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill as Senior Chef in 2023 with extensive experience in the industry and genuine passion for food, he is well versed in European gastronomies while understanding the palates of Asian and international diners.

Chef Pio Gonzalez as participated in multiple International Culinary Competitions, which he has conquered and won, this has led him to develop more culinary strengths in combinations and competitive perfection.
