The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM) held the First Session of the “Chef Series” Masterclass by Michelin Star Chef Martin Rainbacher on October 8, 2024. Chef Martin was invited to demonstrate the Swiss chocolate-making process. The event attracted over 40 FHTM students.
