There are total 767.21 square meters for all laboratories including Baking and Pastry Laboratory, Fundamental Laboratory, Culinary Laboratory and Wine & Beverage Laboratory.

The culinary laboratories are equipped with the most advanced kitchenware and cooking equipment, which provides a simulated kitchen environment for students to enhance their cooking skills. Furthermore, the Faculty will host cooking competitions in the culinary laboratory from time to time. They will also invite famous chefs to present cooking demonstrations, which allows students to have an opportunity to learn their master cooking skills, as well as further enhance their knowledge and vision of catering culture.
