Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM) of Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) held a Meeting for cooperation projects with Shanghai Yuyuan Cultural Food and Beverage Group on September 22, 2022. The meeting was attended by Mr. Hu Tingzhou, Chairman of Shanghai Yuyuan Cultural Food and Beverage Group, Mr. Zhao Chengning, President of Yuyuan Cultural Food and Beverage Group and Mr. Pan Peiquan, Co-president of Yuyuan Cultural Food and Beverage Group, who were warmly welcomed by Professor Ben K. Goh, Dean of the FHTM of MUST, Mr. Wu Xiaoning, Consultant of Industry-Education Integration and Development Office, Associate Professor Zhang Yang, Program Director of FHTM and Assistant Professor Yang Chieh-Yun, Program Director of FHTM.
The Guest Visited Culinary Laboratory after Meeting
At the meeting, Professor Ben K. Goh, Dean of the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management of MUST, introduced the basic information of the Faculty to the guests, pointing out that FHTM devotes to cultivating professional talents for the purpose of developing the food and beverage industry. Mr. Hu Tingzhou, Chairman of Shanghai Yuyuan Cultural Food and Beverage Group expected to actively promote related cooperation projects with the rich resources. Both parties exchanged views and ideas on cooperation topics such as education and training, talent exchange, industry-education internship program and so on.
