The Baking and Pastry Laboratory is 140 square meters which consists of six working stations equipped with a blender and a fridge on each station. The specific wood top bakers’ tables are well designed for kneading bread dough while the chocolate can be made on the marble top tables. 

Besides, there are ice cream machine, dough roller, three-deck oven and induction stoves in the lab where students can learn basic baking and pastry skills in this laboratory.
