The Fundamental Laboratory is 188 square meters which consists of six working stations. Each station is equipped with a fridge, sink, induction stove, cutting boards and all the cooking tools for students to learn the basic culinary skills here. Besides, there are also multi-functional ovens, vacuum sealers and stock pots which are also meeting the commercial standard.
