Our faculty had invited Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Center to the university and delivered a special lecture on 16th of November, 2011. The topic of this Lecture was ‘The Catering Safety and Management Strategy in Service Sector’. In this event, Lecture Loi Mei-kun, Program Coordinator and Lecture Yang Chieh-Yun, Assistant professor Lee Young-Hee, as well as Lecture Ng Shiu Pong and Lecture Ji Ming-Jie participated in this event.
