Braving heat and blisters, two teams comprising 4 people from MUST representing the faculties of Hospitality and Tourism Management and Information Technology endured the blazing Sun  on  Saturday 10th November to  participate  in the Macau Trail Hiker Event. A hardy team of mainly veteran composition, comprising Professor Tsoi Ah Chung, Dr Markus Hagenbuchner , Dr Yan Libo and Jean Alberti managed to complete the 10km route in a respectable time of 2 hours 5 minutes, whereas a more youthful team with one veteran, comprising Dr Park Sung Hee, Kenneth Ng, Chen Xiaolian and Professor Michael Hitchcock managed to complete the 30km journey in a mid-ranking position and a time of 7 hours 3 minutes. Both teams were delighted by the verdant and scenic valleys of Coloane.
