Professor Michael Hitchcock visited Professor Kaye Chon at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University on 22nd January, 2013. Professor Chon is Dean of the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, which is currently ranked as second in the world in terms of top level research outputs. Michael was taken on a tour of the faculty’s impressive facilities and teaching areas, including the well-resourced Tourism Resource Center and the training restaurant. Afterwards he visited the stunning hotel that shares the same building as Professor Chon’s faculty. Known as Icon, the hotel is superbly designed with magnificent views over the harbor to Hong Kong Island. Professor Chon has accepted Michael’s invitation to MUST.
