On Friday 21st March, 2014, Corinne Janssen of the Sheraton Hotel, Macau, led a simulation exercise called the Revenue Game. The participants from FHTM were divided into three management teams running imaginary hotels and the aim was to explore the tension between revenue and sales. The team that made the most money won. After playing the game, the team shared their thoughts with Corinne and it was agreed that the game would be a great experiential learning exercise for our students.
