The FHTM have commenced the Distinguished Hospitality Executive Forum on September 24, 2015. Ms. Alicia Too, Hotel Manager of the Mandarin Oriental in Guangzhou, was invited to give a talk entitled Create Legendary, Leading Luxury, for our hotel management majors. Alicia is a native of Macau and shared her career path and best practices of operating the luxury hotel. The lecture helped our student better prepare for a career in the hospitality industry. Ms. Shelley Wang, Director of Human Resources in the Mandarin Oriental, also participated in the discussion and helped recruit our students for the internship.
