The FHTM hosted the fifth Distinguished Hospitality Executive Forum on November 19th, 2015. Mr. Dominique Berhouet, the General Manager of Crowne Plaza Pre-Opening office, was invited to give a talk entitled How to Open a Hotel for our hotel management majors. Mr. Berhouet introduced 5 phases of opening a hotel and explained in details about the exterior, interior, pre-opening and open phases. He also shared his 30-year experience in opening and operating hotels. This lecture was sponsored by Macao Foundations.
