From June 1 to 4, 2016, two Master’s students, Ma Ruona and Zhao Tingting, participated in the Beijing Second Foreign Language Institute and the Pacific Asia Travel Association (Asia Pacific Tourism Association, referred to APTA) APTA 22nd meeting.
During the meeting, Ms. Ma Ruona delivered a presenation entitled The role of transactional satisfactions and overall travel satisfaction on tourist’s revisit intention integrated experience accommodation, dining, sightseeing, shopping, entertainment five areas, and the impact and overall satisfaction of tourists revisit as a model, an example to Macau as a preliminary study. Ms. Zhao Tingting made a presentation on visitors at different stages of tourist satisfaction and behavior. It was based in Macau too.
Both students participation in the International Conference was supported by the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management and reflected a high standard of study quality.
