On April 25th, 2019, Mr. Max Behesht, academic Dean of Cesar Ritz Colleges Switzerland Lucerne Campus, educational expert in business administration, organizational management and finance as well as founder of R.M.B. Group in Geneva, was invited to deliver a lecture for the FHTM students at MUST. The topic was “Global Hospitality Management and Leadership Improvement”. In this lecture, Mr. Max Behesht shared his unique perspective on hospitality by talking about six different aspects including the art of hospitality, César Ritz case study, customer experience & service excellence, employee experience, mindfulness, EQ, influence & persuasion and the hospitable leader. He encouraged students to keep a positive attitude in their study and work to become an outstanding manager and leader.
During the lecture, Ms. Jacqueline Peng, admissions manager of Swiss Education Group in China, introduced the Scholarship they’ve offered and the Cooperation Program they’ve had with MUST. The atmosphere of the lecture was lively and pleasant, and students learned a lot about global hospitality and had a clearer idea about their future career and self-development.
