The Distinguished Hospitality Executive Forum hosted by FHTM was held on November 22, 2019. Mr. Julian Ieong, the Executive Manager, Hotel Operations, Broadway Macau, was invited to give a talk entitled “Concierge in the Hospitality Industry and Les clef d’Or Macau”.
Mr. Julian Ieong is well-experienced in the hospitality operations in the Concierge. He was also the former Director of Association of Les Clefs d’Or Macau. He brought with him, Mr. Alvin Cheong, the concierge of Mandarin Oriental, Macau to share his experience in the concierge department. Although Alvin is new to the hospitality industry, Julian believed that his sharing might spark some interest in working in the concierge area with our year four students upon their graduation.
Mr. Ieong wished our year four students the very best and hope that the hospitality industry will become their lifelong career. This seminar was sponsored by Macao Foundation.
