The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM) of Macau University of Science and Technology successfully held the “Internship Talk 2022” from 17th to 21st October 2022. Six companies came to share their internship program this year. Around four hundreds Year 4 students participated in the event.
The Faculty invited Sands China Ltd., Wynn Macau, MGM, Melco Resorts & Entertainment, Holiday Inn Express and Mandarin Oriental Macau to the talks, which were organized by Dr. Jose Wong, Internship Program Director of FHTM. During the talks, the companies introduced their company background, development history and internship positions to the students. Students submitted their resumes to the companies after the talks.
FHTM has been committed to cultivating outstanding talents. Students have the opportunity to do internship in companies during the second semester of Year 4. After attending the talks, students understood more about the positions and requirements of the companies, helped them to find a suitable internship position and plan a better career future.
