With the aim of providing students with a more in-depth understanding of hotel management and related services as well as job responsibilities, Rooms Management students visited The Londoner in Macau on May 15, 2023 with Dr. Chau Shuk Mun. Through this visit, the students had a deeper understanding of hotel management and operation, combining the theory and practice learned in the classroom, which will help them in their future professional learning and development.

The staff of The Londoner Macau led the students on a tour and gave them a detailed introduction of the hotel's features, room facilities, service concept and the workflow of the front office and housekeeping departments. During the tour, students learned that every space in The Londoner Macau is carefully designed to provide guests with luxury services with British characteristics. Students visited the remarkable photo taking spots and learned about the stories behind. Through the interaction with the staff, students gained a new understanding of the work and management of the hotel industry.

This visit is valuable inputs for students to better plan their careers and development in the future. The activity ended successfully and the students benefited a lot.
