On 13 April 2026, Dr. Salott Chau led 46 students from D1 Rooms Management on a visit to Galaxy Macau™ integrated resort. The tour began at the Hotel Okura Macau function area, where the training team of Galaxy Entertainment Group introduced the background and distribution of its hotel properties, deepening the students’ understanding of the group.

The group then visited the Raffles area, experiencing personalised services such as the bespoke fragrance, luxurious décor and 24-hour dedicated butler service. Afterwards, they toured a guestroom at Galaxy Hotel™, as well as the family-oriented EduTainment Center and Grand Resort Deck, gaining insight into the hospitality approach for diverse guest segments.

The visit concluded with the light and water shows at the Diamond Lobby and Crystal Lobby, offering the students a direct and inspiring learning experience in hotel management.
