On June 12, FHTM Culinary Art students took part at “The World Championship of Cookery” in Taipei, Taiwan. The event, which spanned for three days, was an excellent opportunity for our students to showcase their skills and talents they have learned throughout the program. The team was led by FHTM instructor, Felipe Hempe, who worked with the team prior to the event for training, practicing and executing the recipes. The event was an overall success for the MUST team, as students demonstrated the capacity and competence with the skills learned from Food and Beverage management program. The competition was very rewarding and this activity is sponsored by Macao Foundation.
