On July 8, 2016, Program Director Jose Wong and 10 FHTM students joined the MGM Macau Internship Graduation Ceremony at The Vista. The CEO of MGM Macau, Mr. Grant Bowie delivered a speech to praise the work of the internship students and gave them the certificates of internship completion. After the speech, internship students recorded a video and danced for the ceremony and the cocktail reception was held for the guests and students.
10 FHTM students finished their six-month internship in the Front Desk, Human Resource, Rooms, and Food & Beverage departments, and their performances were highly recognized by the department heads. During the ceremony, the Vice President of Learning and Talent Management, Mr. Francis Tan and Program Director discussed a variety issues from internship program to further corporations. It is anticipated that more joint programs will be undertaken to build up a better internship and working platform for FHTM students.
