On May 19, a group of two Food & Beverage Management students, Im Ho Ian and Chan Sio Weng, led by FHTM lecturer Mr. Kuan-Ting Chen visited Sichuan Tourism University (STU) and conducted an experiential learning in STU. During this visit, STU hosted the 2nd International Youth Student Culinary Art Festival. Our teacher and students had taken this opportunity to get to know the Shichuan Cuisine. They also visited the Culinary Competition held by STU and participated in the Culinary Education and Industry Forum. This experiential learning was sponsored by both Sichuan Tourism University and Macao Foundation.
