Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM) at Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) held the internationally recognized "Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) Workshop" from November 22 to 25, 2024. Several doctoral students from FHTM and staffs from hospitality industry also participated in the program. The CHE program features the only one of its kind globally to certify hospitality educators as well as industry professionals with an intensive and interactive learning workshop, aimed at revealing the latest and most influential educational methods.

The CHE program invited a professional instructor from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, Canny SL Tan, to conduct professional training. Through workshop, participants gained insights to enhance their independent thinking and motivation to learn, as well as recognition from their peers and the hospitality industry regarding the teaching capabilities of educators.
