To strengthen the link between theory and practice, the faculty arranged two significant field experiences. Participants first visited the Grand Lisboa Palace Macau, gaining a close-up look at how a luxury hotel integrates digital technology to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency. This was followed by an in-depth guided tour of World Heritage sites, including the Ruins of St. Paul’s, St. Dominic’s Church, and Mount Fortress. This allowed participants to personally experience Macao’s over 400 years of Sino-Western cultural fusion and inspired them to consider innovative applications of cultural narratives in brand marketing.
