The Distinguished Hospitality Executive Forum hosted by FHTM was held on October 25, 2019. Ms. Victoria Li, the Sales Manager of Park Hyatt Shenzhen was invited to give a talk entitled “Sales & Marketing Department – Roles and Responsibilities”.
Ms. Victoria Li used her department at Park Hyatt Shenzhen as an example and introduced the functions of her each of teams which are (1) Corporate team, (2) MICE team and (3) Catering & Event team. Later, Ms. Victoria Li interacted with students through a case discussion to give the students a better understanding on how the MICE team functions under a hotel while maximizing the revenue of the hotels.
