The 11th International Conference on Arts and Humanities (ICOAH 2024) was held in Colombo, Sri Lanka, on September 5 and 6, featuring both online and offline participation. During this conference, Feng Haoxuan, a student from the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM) at Macau University of Science and Technology, stood out with his unique perspective and in-depth analysis, earning recognition from the judges and winning the Best Speaker Award.

This year’s ICOAH Conference was themed “Envisioning Futures: Diverse Perspectives, Global Narratives”, aiming to promote interdisciplinary collaboration, foster an inclusive spirit, and stimulate knowledge advancement and enrichment of global cultural heritage through such exchanges. The conference attracted worldwide scholars, researchers, and professionals, providing a platform for sharing insights and discussing current issues.
The 11th International Conference on Arts and Humanities (ICOAH), initiated in 2014, is set to be a significant event organized by The International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM). Over this decade, ICOAH has cultivated a vast network of over 12,000 connections from more than 45 universities across 150 countries. This year’s conference focused on the diversity of arts and humanities, providing a platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners from different backgrounds and disciplines to engage in in-depth discussions and exchanges. FHTM student, Feng Haoxuan, received widespread recognition for outstanding performance and established close academic connections with scholars from various regions.
