Students from the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM) at Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) showcased their excellence at the finals of the 14th China Exhibition Education and Technology Cooperation Development Forum and the "Yuanhua Cup" National College Exhibition and Creative Competition, held on November 13, 2024, at the Chongqing International Conference and Exhibition Center. FHTM teams won a total of two awards. The project "Macau Qin: World Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Development Conference," guided by Assistant Dean Prof. Wong Weng Chou and Assistant Professor Wang Shuo, won the first prize, alongside the project "New Rhyme Mengcui: Technology-Driven Dream Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo," supervised by Program Director Dr. Feng Yan.

Since its inception in 2011, the China Exhibition Education and Technology Cooperation Development Forum and the "Yuanhua Cup" National College Exhibition and Creative Competition has successfully held thirteen sessions, receiving high recognition from educational institutions and the industry. This year's forum and competition focused on the theme of "New Quality, New Integration, New Starting Point" and established a special competition area for students from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. This not only expanded the competition's reach but also significantly promoted collaboration and communication between mainland and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan institutions in the field of exhibition education. The outstanding performance of the faculty and students from FHTM at MUST demonstrates their talent and capability, bringing honor to the university and adding luster to local education development in Macao.
