On March 19, 2025, Mr. Li Wei, Deputy Director of HuaMei Consulting Group, visited the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Macau University of Science and Technology and met with Assistant Professor Liu Yingni, the Program Director of the faculty. The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding student internship programs.

During the meeting, Deputy Director Li Wei provided a detailed introduction to HuaMei Consulting Group’s internship program, including its content, application requirements, and future career development opportunities. Interns will have the chance to participate in two core business segments—"Project Consulting" and "Huamei Cloud"—to gain hands-on experience. When selecting interns, the group emphasizes communication skills, personal traits (such as being outgoing and proactive), practical experience, and proficiency in analytical tools. Additionally, Mr. Li mentioned that outstanding interns who express interest in staying with the company may have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles after passing an assessment, with a current conversion rate exceeding 50%. Over the past few years, several students have successfully joined HuaMei Consulting Group through this program and demonstrated exceptional performance in their roles. Both parties expressed their hope to further strengthen collaboration in the future to cultivate more high-quality talent for the hospitality and tourism industry.
