To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST), the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management hosted the finals and awards ceremony of the third "Macau Story" Short Video Competition, co-organized by the Student Association of the FHTM.
The competition invited esteemed judges including Dr. Ally Li, President of the Macau Communication Association and Ambassador for Macau Cultural Communication; Ms. Liu Changmei, a young director and Chief Director of the Macau International Film Festival; Ms. Wu Xiaoyu, Deputy Secretary-General of the First Asian Art Film Festival; Mr. Wu Jing, Executive Director of Silu Media and Hengqin Ka Wan Art Education; and Assistant Professor Huang Ying from the Faculty of Humanities and Arts at MUST, along with Professor Jose Wong, Assistant Dean of the FHTM. The ceremony was attended by Professor Ben Goh, Dean; Professor Timothy Lee, Vice Dean; Associate Professor Pan Suying, Program Director; Assistant Professor Yang Chiehyun, Program Director; Assistant Professor Feng Yan, Program Director; Assistant Professor Hong Fang, the event organizer; and many faculty and students from various colleges.

In celebration of MUST's 25th anniversary, this year’s competition, themed "MUST Moments, Echoes of Youth" aimed to encourage all students, and alumni to capture unforgettable moments, precious memories, and heartwarming stories on campus. Participants were invited to showcase the spirit and cultural essence of MUST through a unique lens, collectively narrating the youthful stories of the MUST community. After over two months of preparation and preliminary evaluations, 12 groups from different colleges advanced to the finals. The six judges provided insightful feedback on each work, emphasizing the importance of audience awareness, film production techniques, and pacing, while acknowledging the genuine emotions conveyed in the videos.The results of the competition are as follows:
