The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management will hold the First Session of “Chef Series” -- Masterclass by Michelin Star Chef Martin Rainbacher on October 8th, 2024. Chef Martin Rainbacher will be invited to share successful experiences and showcase culinary skills.

Guest Speaker: Chef Martin Rainbacher

Martin Rainbacher, the pastry chef of a Michelin-starred restaurant and a dessert-making instructor, joined the Michelin one-star restaurant Ristorante Segreto in Wittenbach, Switzerland, in January 2024. He firmly believes that the processes of baking and pastry making can showcase the diversity of nature and human craftsmanship, allowing even the most ordinary ingredients to transform into works of art. This event will fully integrate the making and tasting of chocolate, enabling students to understand and personally participate in the chocolate-making process, experiencing the charm of culinary delights.
