The Distinguished Hospitality Executive Forum hosted by FHTM was held on November 1, 2019. Mr. Yuen Yuet Ming, Frank, the former Group Food & Beverage Consultant and General Manager, Guangdong Chimelong Goup Co. Ltd was invited to give a talk entitled “Hospitality Management of Business of Fun”.
Mr. Yuen Yuet Ming is well-experienced in the hospitality operations in theme parks. He has taken several theme parks for example by implementing the corporation Vision, Mission & Values to their marketing strategies in order to attract different market segment. Mr. Yuen also inspired our students to use their imagination make the hospitality business more fun to attract their customers. Students benefited greatly from this seminar.
